What to do - You will pre-book your design and we will pre-cut it before the workshop quite literally "cutting out" the boring part whilst leaving the most fun and crafty part for you to enjoy. You will spend your time looking through lots of fabric cuts and arrange the fabrics to create unique one-of-a-kind composition on your pre-cut design board. Once you have finished selecting and attaching your fabrics, you can add the full thing into a natural wooden box frame and hang it in your hallway for you to admire everyday. You could also choose to have all of the fun of the workshop yourself but gift your creation for a Christmas present OR buy a space at our workshop for a friend or family member. Experiences are the best gifts as it's all about making memories together and taking home a great unique item at the end of the session. We can guarantee this workshop will be a winner for anyone over the age of 16. It's a great one to get the gran us involved in too.

ABOUT

Hi my name is Stacey. I started the Disco Crafters Club to bring people together through a shared love of music, dancing and crafting. I have lived a full colourful life. I was born in Edinburgh, I studied fashion Design for Industry at Heriot Watt University in Galashiels before graduating and moving to London to pursue my fashion designer dreams. I found my forever person and I married him, we bought a vintage VW campervan which we set up as a mobile bar in London alongside my fashion work. We had a child which nearly changed our lives forever after I woke up on a life support machine after loosing 4.5 litres of blood. Luckily I survived but very nearly didn't and I now suffer with chronic stomach issues and terrible adhesions as a result of the C-Sec. This sadly has meant I have required a lot of corrective surgery over the years and it sadly isn't over yet.

Believe me it's been the most exhausting SIX years physicaly and mentally but I refuse to let it define me and i'll keep pushing forward.

Over the years in London whilst working as a fashion designer I tried out a few different business ideas - some were great and some quite literally flopped, but all were lessons that have lead me onto this new disco dopamine path. After moving back to my home country of Scotland a few months back, finding my peace, taking up wild swimming  and working hard to refocus my brain - Disco Crafters Club was born. DCC is a celebration of crafting, music and bringing people together. For me there is nothing better than being lost in a beautiful moment, where time stands still and you are able to breath - whether that be in front of the pyramid stage at Glastonbury with 300 000 other people or deeply focused on a fun crafting project with my favourite tunes on in the background - both bring me so much joy and that's what Disco Crafters club is all about.

If this also sounds like you then join our club!
